Motorists have been seen "drifting" and "racing" around a public car park in Hemel Hempstead.
Hertfordshire police have released a warning to those "driving antisocially" in the car park for Gadebridge Park.
When approached for details of the incidents, a spokesperson for Hertfordshire police told The Herts Advertiser that the incidents tend to take place in the evening.

Drivers "showing no consideration" for others will be issued Section 59 warnings, according to the constabulary.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire police said: "We are aware that there are reports of people driving antisocially in Gadebridge car park in Dacorum, which is causing nuisance to residents.

"We will be issuing Section 59 warnings to anyone found to be driving antisocially in this area, which can lead to further action, including having your car seized.
"Examples include drifting/racing around car parks and showing no consideration to those around you, as these are examples of careless and or dangerous driving."
