Two people have been arrested after Herts police stopped them while riding a motorbike that is believed to have been stolen.
The rider, a 43-year-old man from St Albans, was stopped during a routine ANPR operation in Redbourn Road on Tuesday, June 6.
He was arrested on suspicion of having no driving licence, having no insurance, handling stolen goods (motorbike), possession of class A drugs, and driving while under the influence of drugs.

His pillion passenger, a 40-year-old woman from St Albans, was also arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods (motorbike).
Both the driver and passenger are currently on police bail, and the motorbike has been recovered.
