A meeting of Hertfordshire County Council's overview and scrutiny committee is set to take place this morning, after the sale of Green Belt land for the construction of a rail freight terminal was referred for further scrutiny.
The sale will be discussed at 10am today (May 24) after Liberal Democrat councillor Sandy Walkington "successfully forced" the council to refer its decision on a sale of the land.
