An historic pub in St Albans has officially reopened following an extensive refurbishment.
The King Harry, located in King Harry Lane near Verulamium Park, has undergone a five-week refurbishment to give it a fresh new look while retaining its traditional feel.
Changes include new furniture inside and outside, new artwork throughout the building, a decked area in the garden with butterfly awning and a bookable private dining/meeting space.

Food on offer includes pub classics such as pies, fish and chips, prime steak burgers, and Sunday roasts. Main courses are available from £13.
Meanwhile, the drinks menu includes an array of craft beers and ciders, as well as cocktails.
General manager Sam Stoddart said: “The King Harry is a much-loved part of the community and everyone is very excited to see the new look pub. As a team we are delighted with the improvements and cannot wait to welcome guests both old and new.”
