Many people in Hertfordshire will be heading out to celebrate the Coronation of King Charles III this Saturday, while many others will be hoping to get outside and enjoy the three-day weekend.
While we can expect many street parties and coronation-themed events over the weekend, the weather could hinder the enjoyment for people hoping for a weekend of sunshine.

Welwyn Garden City and Hatfield
The annual Living Crafts festival will return to the grounds of Hatfield House over the King's Coronation Bank Holiday weekend along with many other celebrations.

Sunday, May 7 - overcast changing to light showers by lunchtime with highs of 18C and lows of 10C.

Stevenage
Stevenage town centre will be be hosting a coronation celebrating fit for a king, which will include a food court, mobile bar, learn to cycle with Stevenage Cycling Hub and live music.

Saturday, May 6 - cloudy changing to light rain by lunchtime with highs of 14C and lows or 12C.
Sunday, May 7 - overcast changing to light showers in the afternoon with highs of 18C and lows of 11C.
Monday, May 8 - cloudy changing to light rain by lunchtime with highs of 17C and lows of 11C.
St Albans
St Albans Cathedral will be holding a screening of the coronation from 10am on Saturday (May 6), where a bring-your-own lunch and cash bar will also be on offer on the day. Many other event will also take place in St Albans this weekend.

Sunday, May 7 - overcast changing to sunny intervals by early evening with highs of 18C and lows of 10C.
