A mobility scooter and motorbike convoy has been organised in St Albans city centre to raise money for St Albans District Shopmobility.
The event will coincide with the Vintage Market on Sunday, June 18, with over 30 bikes expected.
St Albans District Shopmobility is a scheme in which battery-powered scooters and manual wheelchairs are provided to those who require them in order to visit the city centre.

During the event, mobility scooter riders will be joined by members of the Virago Star Owners Club.
The group will ride in convoy along a pre-arranged route, whilst collecting donations from the general public.

St Albans District Shopmobility will also be fundraising in St Albans market on June 10 and June 17.
A world-record attempt for the largest number of mobility scooters in one place has also been planned for next year.
