A bag was stolen from a boy after a "frightening" assault in St Albans last weekend.
On Sunday, March 19, between 7.30am and 7.50am, the victim was approached by two unknown teenagers on bicycles in Longacres Open Space.
It was reported that the teenagers stole his bag and pushed him to the ground, causing him to hit his head.
The suspects then left the scene and the boy went to seek help, but no injuries were reported.

"This was a frightening incident for the victim, and we are doing all we can to trace the two people involved," said PC C-Jay Callaghan, investigating.
"I am appealing for anyone who may have been in the park at the time and may have witnessed anything to please come forward."
