A Nissan and a Ford have crashed on the A414 North Orbital Road, near St Albans.
The incident took place prior to 3.45pm on Friday (March 3), between Park Street and London Colney.
At that time, a black Nissan Qashqai and a silver Ford Focus were involved in a crash.
Officers from Hertfordshire police attended and closed the road while the incident was being dealt with.

Paramedics from the East of England Ambulance Service also attended.
No serious injuries were reported to have taken place as a result of the crash.
Both cars were recovered and the road reopened by approximately 5.30pm.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire police said: "Police were called just before 3.45pm on Friday (March 3) to report a road traffic collision on A414 North Orbital Road, London Colney.
"A black Nissan Qashqai and a silver Ford Focus were involved.

"Officers attended and nobody was reported to have been seriously injured.
"The road was closed while the incident was dealt with and vehicles recovered.
"The road re-opened around 5.30pm."
