The annual St Albans Pancake Festival is set to return to the city centre later this month.
Watch teams flip their way down the street on Shrove Tuesday - February 21 - as they compete for the prestigious Pancake trophies for the fastest running and walking teams.
For the seventh year, children’s charity Home-Start Hertfordshire is organising the event in conjunction with Hertfordshire’s Business Buzz.

Last year, the festival raised just over £2,000 to help families who are vulnerable.

The St Albans Pancake festival will take place in the city centre, outside the museum.
Registration is at 11.30am and the races start at noon. Entry is £40 per team of four.
Teams must be pre-booked at www.pancake.events.
