A racially aggravated common assault has been reported, following an altercation between the drivers of a BMW and a van.
The incident allegedly took place on Christmas Eve (December 24, 2022), at around 11.30am.

At that time an altercation took place between two male drivers at the junction between Watling Street and Aldenham Avenue, Radlett.
Racist comments were reportedly made by one of the men.
PC Mark Lawrence said: "Our enquiries are continuing and I would like to urge anyone with information to come forward.
“I am particularly keen to hear from anyone who may have filmed the incident or who recorded dashcam footage.
