A 43-year-old man has been charged following a crash in St Albans City centre.
The incident took place at around 8.42pm last night (Monday, January 9), on Holywell Hill.

At that time, a vehicle had collided with two parked cars.
No injuries were reported following the crash, and a man was arrested at the scene.
Mohammed Ali, of Doggetts Way, St Albans, has been charged with failing to provide a specimen for analysis.
He has since been released on bail, prior to appearing at St Albans Magistrates' Court on Friday, February 24.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire police said: "Police were called to reports of a road traffic collision on Holywell Hill, St Albans, at around 8.42pm last night (Monday, January 9).
"A vehicle had collided with two parked cars and no injuries were reported.
"A man was arrested at the scene."
