Hertfordshire police had described her as "being white, 5ft 2ins tall, of slim build, with long dark brown hair and blue eyes".
Officers also believed that she may have been wearing jogging bottoms with a light brown fur coat.
A spokesperson for Hertfordshire Constabulary said at the time: "We are appealing for the public’s help to trace a teenager who has gone missing from Harpenden.
"Officers are growing increasingly concerned for her welfare."
