Hertfordshire police have appealed for witnesses to come forward after a common assault took place in Hemel Hempstead.
The reported incident occurred on Hawthorn Lane, between 2pm and 2.15pm yesterday (Wednesday, January 4).

At that time, a woman had been walking along the road when a man reportedly exited a black Mercedes before grabbing her arm.
The man later returned to his vehicle and drove away.
Detective Sergeant Yolanda Morales-Willis said: "Our enquiries are continuing to trace the man involved.
"If you were in the area at the time, or have any further information which may assist us, I am keen to hear from you.
“If you were driving in the area and have a dash cam fitted, please check it as you may have captured some important footage as we continue to trace the vehicle.
