A man has been charged with cultivating cannabis after a factory worth £150,000 was found in St Albans last week.
Klodijam Koci, 26, of no fixed abode, previously arrested on suspicion of burglary, has now been charged with cultivating cannabis, a class B controlled drug.
He has been remanded in custody until January 3, 2023.
A 26-year-old man remains under investigation for abstracting electricity.
At around 3am last Tuesday, Hertfordshire police officers were tipped off by CCTV operators, who had spotted suspicious activity near a car in Russell Avenue.
Officers later discovered the car, parked at an address in Stapley Road that had been broken into.
Upon searching the property, more than 100 cannabis plants with a street value of £150,000 were found across seven rooms.
