On December 15 stole food items from BP Petrol Stations, St Albans. On January 20 stole trainers from Sports Direct, St Albans. Fined £400 plus ordered to pay compensation £142, victim services £40 and court costs £85.
Luqman Ali: 32, of Masefield Road, Harpenden. On December 11, 2019 failed to provide a specimen of blood when suspected of having committed a traffic offence. Failed to comply with the supervision requirements imposed following release from a period of imprisonment in that he failed to attend telephone and office appointments. Fined £107 plus ordered to pay victim services £128 and court costs £335. Committed to prison for 2 weeks. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 40 months
Ross Stratton: 31, of Hill End Lane, St Albans. On June 10 was in possession of a quantity of cannabis at St Albans. Drove a silver Peugeot on Nightingale Road, St Albans when there was no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Also was over the drink drive limit, Stratton had 48 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. On September 7 failed to surrender to custody at West and Central Hertfordshire Magistrates Court having been released on bail. Fined £360 plus victim services £36 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 36 months.
Ovidiu Bucur: 36, of Lambourn Chase, Radlett. On December 3 failed to surrender at West and Central Hertfordshire Magistrates Court having been released on bail in criminal proceedings. On November 12 failed to provide a specimen of breath when required to do so following an investigation into a traffic offence. On November 11 drove a Volkswagen Golf on Theobald Street, Borehamwood while disqualified from driving and without no insurance in place to cover the use of the vehicle. Fined £600 plus victim services £128 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 58 months. Committed to prison for 12 weeks suspended for 12 weeks.
Alexander Holmes: 36, of Colindale Avenue, St Albans. On January 21, 2021 drove a Volkswagen on Crackley Meadow, Hemel Hempstead without due care and attention, an accident occurred and damaged was caused to a Fiat Fiorino, Holmes failed to stop. Fined £750 plus victim services £75 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 6 points.
Ben Curling: 38, of Alma Road, St Albans. On February 4, 2021 at mid Sussex used a vehicle that was untaxed. Fined £40 plus ordered to pay court costs £85 and vehicle excise duty £128.
Finley Reid: 18, of Kitswell Way, Radlett. On January 15 drove a Renault Clio on Upton Avenue, St Albans while over the drink drive limit. Reid had 45 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £120 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 14 months.
Nikki Herman: 40, of New Road, Radlett. On August 12 drove a Suzuki Swift on Radlett Road, Aldenham without due care and attention in that she collided into an oncoming vehicle causing damage and failed to stop. Fined £250 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £110. Driving record endorsed with 5 points.
Joseph Curran: 20, of Longacres, St Albans. On January 7 drove a Nissan Micra at Holywell Hill, St Albans while over the drink drive limit. Curran had 54 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £360 plus ordered to pay victim services £36 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 15 months.
Ian Kendall: 36, of Sunnydell, St Albans. On January 4 drove a Mini Cooper on North Orbital Road, St Albans while over the drink drive limit. Kendall had 86 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £875 plus ordered to pay victim services £87 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 45 months.

Patrick Joyce: 58, of Carlton Road, Harpenden. On December 30 drove a Ford Transit on Luton Road, Harpenden while over the drink drive limit. Joyce had 96 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. Fined £733 plus ordered to pay victim services £73 and court costs £85. Disqualified from holding or obtaining a driving licence for 24 months.
Gabor Koskai: 18, of New Kent Road, St Albans. On July 30 was in possession of a knife at St Peters Street, St Albans. Fined £300 plus ordered to pay victim services £34 and court costs £85.
