Susan Jane Tobin passed away peacefully on Sunday 22nd September 2024 aged 75 years. Deeply missed and adored by all her family and many friends around the world. The funeral service is to be held at West Herts Crematorium (North Chapel) Garston on Friday 18th October at 11.30am. Family flowers only, donations if desired to The Hospice of St Francis, who provided wonderful care to Sue in her final weeks, via the Just Giving link or the donation box on the day. The service will also be streamed online for those who wish to say goodbye to Sue but cannot join in person (link to follow). A Celebration of Life gathering will be held immediately after the service. The family would be grateful if you could let them know if you intend to join them to say farewell to Sue so that they can plan for appropriate numbers.
