IRENE FIELD At the incredible age of 108, and believed to be one of the oldest people in St Albans, Rene passed away peacefully at Verulam House Nursing and Residential home on 21 May 2024. Rene was the widow of John, mother to her sons Don and Peter, Nan to Andrew, Rebecca, Chris & Nick; Great Nan to Zoe, Amelia, Jack, Tyler, Erin, Zac, Connor, Finn & Megan; each of whom have their own special memories of their time spent with her. Hugh thanks go to all the staff at Verulam House for their care and kindness. The funeral will take place at Hemel Hempstead Crematorium, Leverstock Green on Monday 24 June at 12.30. Family flowers only.
