RAYMOND ARTHUR WELCH Passed away peacefully on 8th February after a short illness, aged 89. He will be greatly missed by all his family, son Derek, daughter Janet, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, as well as his many friends, neighbours and colleagues from his long association with the St Albans Scout Movement.
