HOPKINS Constance May (Connie) of Peters Green passed away peacefully on July 31st 2014 aged 100 years. Sadly missed by all who knew her and particularly John, Beryl, Stephen, Rosemary and her 4 Grandchildren and 4 Great Grandchildren. Funeral Service will take place at Harwood Park Crematorium on Thursday August 14th 2014 at 2.45pm. Family flowers only but donations if desired in memory of Connie to Dr. Barnardos via a retiring collection at the service. All enquiries to Austins 01438 316623.
