Residents across St Albans and Harpenden celebrated the Coronation of King Charles III at the weekend with line dancing, street parties, and community lunches.
At Ramsbury Road in St Albans, a street party was held on Sunday with some impromptu line dancing helping to mark the occasion.
Cllr Syed Abidi, deputy mayor of St Albans, was in attendance with his wife Ann.
Meanwhile, on Cambridge Road, a cosmopolitan array of dishes was prepared for their street party on the same day.

The youngest attendee was only one-year-old, with many children's activities on offer.
Those who organised the party would like to thank the residents for giving their time and cooking skills, and Sustainable St Albans for providing support, advice and road signs to ensure the safety of attendees.
Another popular event was held at the green near Charmouth Road and Charmouth Court, with more than 250 residents gathering to celebrate.
They were honoured with a visit from Green Watch at St Albans Fire Station, who told the residents that it was the only Coronation event they had received an invite to!
Their community lunch included quizzes, ballon modelling, a bouncy castle, games, crafts - and a Coronation cake.
Over in Harpenden, more than 70 members of Harpenden Bowling Club celebrated the occasion with a Coronation Gala on Monday, May 8.
After 14 ends on the green, a Coronation tea was put on with cakes featuring Union Jack decoration made by Linda.
The organisers would like to thank those who put on the tea, set up the tables and chairs, dressed the club with bunting, flags and balloons, and produced special decorative pictures for the noticeboard.
